Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Amanda - professional overthinker, lover of self-work, and the person who accidentally turned her post-therapy spirals into a journal.

The idea came after leaving therapy sessions feeling like my brain had exploded into a glitter bomb: meaningful, messy, and impossible to sort through. I wanted somewhere to land my thoughts, track my progress, and not lose the important stuff in between sessions. So I made the thing I needed.

This journal isn’t about doing therapy perfectly (if you’ve cracked that code, please call me). It’s about supporting that in-between space - the part after your session, when everything feels tender and potent and a little hilarious. It’s a place to decompress, process, giggle, and actually see your progress instead of letting it slip away.

I’m so excited (and mildly terrified) to share it with you. Here’s to clarity, progress, and finding lightness in the chaos.

When in my therapy do I use the journal?

The journal is designed for people in regular therapy to be used immediately after their therapy sessions. If you're not in less-regular therapy - you can of course still choose to use it!

This is not a journal for anyone looking for a guided therapy journal or a replacement for therapy. The purpose is to use it WITH your therapy sessions.

Should I share my journaling with my therapist?

Absolutely you can! It's always eye-opening to bring your journaling reflections into the room.

Is your manufacturing eco-friendly?

We work with an incredible sustainable manufacturer based in Eastern Europe.

The book is made from FSC-certified paper, arriving to you wrapped in biodegradable plastic and a fully-recyclable mailer.

Which countries do you ship to?

For the time being, we are only shipping to UK addresses. Our goal in 2026 is to expand this to EU and US.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days, providing the product arrives back to us in perfect condition, with no marks or damage.
