Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Amanda - professional overthinker, lover of self-work, and the person who accidentally turned her post-therapy spirals into a journal.
The idea came after leaving therapy sessions feeling like my brain had exploded into a glitter bomb: meaningful, messy, and impossible to sort through. I wanted somewhere to land my thoughts, track my progress, and not lose the important stuff in between sessions. So I made the thing I needed.
This journal isn’t about doing therapy perfectly (if you’ve cracked that code, please call me). It’s about supporting that in-between space - the part after your session, when everything feels tender and potent and a little hilarious. It’s a place to decompress, process, giggle, and actually see your progress instead of letting it slip away.
I’m so excited (and mildly terrified) to share it with you. Here’s to clarity, progress, and finding lightness in the chaos.
